Fragrances can only be shipped via Standard Shipping.

Due to the record volume of packages being moved by Australia Post, there may be delivery delays throughout Australia. Please allow extra time when making purchases

Orders are shipped from our fulfilment facilities in Victoria or Queensland via Australia Post with the below options and rates.



  • For all Australian orders under $175, a flat rate of $10.00 will be charged for postage and handling.
  • All standard shipments are shipped AUSTRALIA POST ePARCEL and will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
  • Please verify your shipping address carefully! Once your order is submitted, the shipping address cannot be changed or updated.
  • All international orders will attract a shipping fee of $20. 



  • Tommy Bahama offers express shipping within Australia for a flat rate of $15.00 via Australia Post. Express Parcel service.
  • We endeavor to dispatch all orders placed before 11:00 am (AEST) on the same business day and all orders placed after 11:00 am (AEST) will be dispatched on the next business day.
  • Delivery time frames begin from when you receive your shipping notification, not from when your order is placed on the website.
  • Orders will ship the next business day with delivery 3-5 business days later depending your location.



  • Orders are not dispatched over the weekend or on Public Holidays.
  • You will receive an email on the day your order has been dispatched.
  • You will receive tracking information from the carrier once your order is dispatched.
  • If you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be left in a secure place if deemed safe to do so by the delivery driver.
  • Alternatively, a card will be left at your address advising you that an attempt has been made to deliver your product. Your product will then be available to be collected at your local post office. You will find information about the post office location on the card left by the courier.
  • Fragrances must be shipped via Standard Shipping.



  • If your order includes multiple items, these items may only be available for dispatch from separate locations.
  • In this instance, your order will be split into multiple orders, and will be delivered separately under different tracking numbers.
  • Each time your order is split, you will receive an email notification with the new order details.
  • No additional shipping charges will be applied to split orders.
