Returns Policies | Tommy Bahama Australia
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. These Returns Policies set out the terms on which you can choose to return or exchange your purchase from Tommy Bahama if you change your mind. These policies do not affect your rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law including replacement or refund.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are happy to accept returns and exchanges as follows:
- We accept returns of unworn or unwashed items within 30 days of the date of delivery for an exchange or refund, excluding product purchased in our outlets.
- Items must be in the condition you received them, in the original packaging, and with all original tags attached.
- Women’s swimwear and other products with a hygienic seal must have hygienic seals intact.
- Returns must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
- We will not reimburse original shipping or handling charges.
All exchanges are subject to availability and additional delivery costs (if any).
ONLINE ORDERS
If you paid using credit card, you have the option to post the product back to our fulfilment centre in Queensland or bring the product into one of our retail stores. Please request a return shipping label through the return’s portal: Returns | Tommy Bahama Australia. Once we receive your return request, a pre-paid return label will be issued for domestic returns.
If you paid using PayPal, you may only post the product back to a fulfillment centre in Queensland. Please request a return shipping label through the return’s portal: Returns | Tommy Bahama Australia. Once we receive your return request, a pre-paid return label will be issued for domestic returns.
IN-STORE PURCHASES
Unfortunately, you cannot return or exchange any in-store purchases at our online facility. If you purchased in-store, you may only return or exchange products in-store.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES VIA POST
If you would like to return a product via post, please request a pre-paid return shipping label through the return’s portal to be emailed to you: Returns | Tommy Bahama Australia.
Instructions for domestic returns are as follows:
- Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible.
- Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation in the package.
- Print the return label and affix it to your parcel ensuring to remove any existing labels.
- Drop your parcel at any Australia Post branch.
Please allow for transit time from your location. Please note that processing of your return or exchange may take up to seven (7) business days once received at our facility.
Refunds:
Upon receiving your return at our fulfillment centre, our team will promptly inspect the item(s) to ensure that they meet our return policy criteria. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method less any original shipping or handling charges. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is finalised.
Exchanges:
Upon receiving your return at our fulfillment centre, our team will promptly inspect the item(s) to ensure that they meet our return policy criteria. We will process the exchange and ship out the replacement item(s) to you. Our standard shipping charges apply to re-delivery of all exchanged products. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking details once the exchange is finalised.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES IN-STORE
We can only accept returns to store that have been purchased in one of our Australia stores or online using a credit card within 30 days of the purchase date. If you purchased via PayPal, please post any returns back to our fulfillment centre in Queensland through the return portal, Returns | Tommy Bahama Australia.
Items returned to our Tommy Bahama Retail Stores, excluding Outlets, must be accompanied by the original store receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. In case of gift returns, a merchandise credit will be issued.
OUTLET STORE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales at our Tommy Bahama Outlet Stores or our outlet or clearance section online are final. Products that are unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging can be exchanged for a product of equal or greater value within 30 days of purchase at any Tommy Bahama Outlet store. The original receipt is required for all exchanges.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Shipping on all international returns and exchanges from outside of Australia must be paid for by guests.
