RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are happy to make any exchanges as follows:

  • We will accept returns of unworn or unwashed items within 60 days of date of delivery for an exchange or refund.
  • Items must be in the condition you received them, in the original packaging, and with all the original tags attached.
  • Worn and washed products may be returned if damage is due to manufacturer defect.
  • Returns must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
  • We cannot reimburse original shipping or handling charges.

If you paid using credit card, Guests have the option to post the garment back to a fulfilment center or bring the garment into one of our retail stores.

If you paid using PayPal, Guests may only post the garment back to a fulfillment center.

If you would like to return a garment via post, please email us at guestservices@tommybahama.com.au and we will arrange for a pre-paid shipping label to be emailed to you.

You can print and attach the label to the original box and return the garments. Simply remove or cover all previous shipping labels from your package and affix the return shipping label. Drop the package with Australia Post.

Please allow for transit time from your location. Once your return is received at our fulfilment center, we will credit you the cost of the original item(s) less any original shipping or handling charges to your original payment method. Please note that processing of your return may take up to 7 business days once received at our facility. We will send you a confirmation email once we have received your item(s) and the return has been processed.

RETURNS TO A STORE

We can only accept returns to store that have been purchased in one of our Australia stores or online using a credit card. If you purchased via PayPal, please post any returns back to our fulfillment center. Items returned to our Tommy Bahama Retail Stores, excluding Outlets, must be accompanied by the original store receipt or online order confirmation. Refunds will be issued to the original tender used. In case of gift returns, a merchandise credit will be issued. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange any in-store purchases at our online facility.

OUTLET STORE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales at our Tommy Bahama Outlet Stores are final. Products that are unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging can be exchanged for product of equal or greater value within 14 days of purchase at any Tommy Bahama Outlet store. The original receipt is required for all exchanges.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY  

Shipping on all international returns and exchanges from outside of Australia must be paid for by guests.
