THE OFFER
*OFFER TO RECEIVE AWARDS STARTS 22 NOVEMBER 2024 AND EXPIRES 24 DECEMBER 2024, AND ALL AWARDS CAN BE REDEEMED FROM 26 DECEMBER 2024 AND EXPIRE ON 31 JANUARY 2025. Awards may only be earned with purchases from TOMMYBAHAMA.COM.AU and Tommy Bahama Australian full-price retail stores (excluding outlet stores). Offer not valid at Tommy Bahama outlets, the tommybahama.com, or any other Tommy Bahama location outside of Australia. To earn an Award the minimum purchase amount of $250 must be met in a single transaction and after applicable discounts are applied. Purchase of gift cards, gift services, furniture, shipping, and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase amount. Tommy Bahama reserves the right to void an Award in the event the qualifying purchase is returned for any reason other than breach of a consumer guarantee. AWARD CARD REDEMPTION
The value of an Award is in Australian Dollars. Award can only be redeemed online at TOMMYBAHAMA.COM.AU and for in-store purchases at Tommy Bahama Australian full-price retail stores (excluding outlets) between 26 December 2024 and 31 January 2025. Award must be presented at time of redemption. Award may not be used or redeemed with any other promotional offers or discounts. Award cannot be redeemed at tommybahama.com, Tommy Bahama outlet stores, the Tommy Bahama Home Store, or any other Tommy Bahama location outside of Australia. Award not valid on previous purchases or for the purchase of gift cards or gift services. Award is not refundable and cannot be replaced if lost, damaged, defaced, stolen, expired, and/or voided. Award, including any unused or unredeemed value of Award, cannot be exchanged for cash, kind, or other denominations. Subject to any remedies for breach of a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, merchandise obtained by redeeming an Award may not be returned for a cash refund.
